Fickel USA / FICKEL | Branded Merch ("FICKEL," "we," "us," or "our") provides branded merchandise and promotional-product services through the FICKEL mobile app, progressive web app (PWA), and website. This policy explains what information we may collect, how we use it, and your choices.
Information we may collect
Depending on how you use FICKEL and which version is available, we may collect your name, email, phone number, company, shipping address, quote and order details, artwork or other uploaded files, and related communications. If you install the app and allow notifications, we may collect a device push token and notification preferences. We may also collect basic device, browser, app-version, usage, error, and diagnostic information.
How information is collected and stored
We collect information you enter in forms, messages, account screens, quote or order requests, contact requests, and artwork uploads. The current prototype may store some information in your browser or device using localStorage. Clearing browser or app data may remove locally saved information. As FICKEL moves from prototype to production, information may be transmitted to and synchronized with Fickel systems and service providers used to operate the app.
How we use information
We use information to respond to support requests, prepare and manage quotes and orders, review artwork, coordinate production and shipping, send requested shipping-status alerts, operate and improve our services, protect the service, and comply with applicable law.
We do not sell your personal information.
When we share information
We may share information as reasonably needed with service providers that host systems, store files, support communications, or provide diagnostics; with suppliers, production partners, carriers, and other providers involved in a quote or order; and when required by law or needed to protect rights, safety, or the service. These parties should receive only information needed for their role.
Push notifications
Push notifications are optional. If you grant permission, we may use a device push token to send shipping-status and other service alerts. You can turn notifications off in your device settings.
Retention, security, and your choices
We keep information for as long as reasonably needed to complete orders, provide support, keep required records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. We use reasonable safeguards, but no system is completely secure. You may ask us to access, correct, or delete personal information we maintain about you, subject to legal limits. We may verify your identity first.
To clear information saved only on your device, use your browser or device settings. This may not delete information already sent to Fickel or a service provider.
Children and third-party services
FICKEL is intended for businesses and general audiences, not children under 13. FICKEL may link to third-party websites or services; their privacy policies apply to their own practices.
Changes
We may update this policy as our services or legal obligations change. We will post the updated version here and change the effective date.
