The app is free. Optional memberships may be offered later off-app; they are not required for quotes or core features. Product prices are not listed in the app.

Return Policy: Once custom decoration is applied, it cannot be removed. These items are made specifically for you and cannot be restocked or resold, so all sales are final with no returns or exchanges.

## How to request a quote

- Pick a product, enter the quantity, your logo or imprint notes and an optional needed-by date, then send the quote request in the app.
- Minimum order: 100 pieces. That is the only order rule.
- A quote request is not an order. FickelUSA reviews every request and replies by email with pricing and next steps.

- request_quote only creates a pending request for the FickelUSA team. No order is placed, no payment is taken and nothing ships. You get a reference number, and FickelUSA follows up by email.
- Only send a quote request when the person you are helping asks for one and gives their own name, company and email.
- If agent access is paused, the endpoint replies with a short notice. People can always use https://fickel.ai.
